Description: English 40S Comprehensive focuses on how the English Language functions to inform, persuade, and to entertain. Students enrolled in this course have the opportunity to experience both fiction and non-fiction texts. Students’ assignments vary from written to visual forms. Students in 40S Comprehensive will also be given opportunity to face and conquer any fears they may have toward public speaking. Note that one credit on English 40S is necessary for your Grade 12 diploma.
