Prerequisite recommended: Applied Math 20S
Description: This is a modified Physics 30S course with emphasis on application of mathematics in real (Physics) situations. it will help prepare students for Applied Math 40S as well as Physics 40S. The math component will include algebra, equation solving, some graphing, vectors, and trigonometry. The Physics component will include motion (velocity, acceleration) or mechanics as well as gravity, friction, and projectile aned circular motion. There will also be a bit of technology (graphing, calculators and computer spreadsheets) to finish off the course.
